Chief Commissioner’s White Ribbon Day speech

Chief Commissioner Ken Lay delivered this landmark address on the occurrence and prevention of violence against women in Victoria at the Royal Women’s Hospital White Ribbon Day breakfast. While we highly recommend reading the speech, please note that it contains descriptions of violence against women and children which are distressing and which may be triggering to survivors. You can access the speech here.
